Josh Hartnett went for a solo walk around NYC yesterday in his usual comfy off camera uniform. Josh has been busy promoting I Come With The Rain on magazine covers and red carpets all over South Korea, but is back in the States before he gets to work on his next movie. The actor will be back in the spotlight with a few new projects coming up in the near future, which is good news for those of us who could use a little more of Josh in our…

It's a frigid, snowless dusk at the northernmost end of Loring Park, the dawn of the shooting day for Stuck Between Stations. Along Willow Street, a hamlet of trailers sit with their rear hatches flung open, the cargo holds sheltering camera gear, lighting rigs, and a few crew members taking refuge from the whipping wind. Just a half-block up, heated by a gas generator, is a Dutchman RV, from which director Brady Kiernan emerges into the cold with the night's first cup of coffee.
He…

Josh Hartnett and many of the cast members from "Nobody" hit nightclub Envy after Thursday's premiere of his current movie project.
People went crazy in the packed house as a gracious Hartnett took photos with everybody who requested one. My tipster was shocked by how star-stuck even the guys were.
Earlier in the day, Hartnett drank coffee at French Meadow while two pals ate, another tipster reported.

Though it has been overshadowed by the homecoming hoopla surrounding the Coen brothers' "A Serious Man," the indie comedy "Nobody," also opens here this Friday. Hometown boosters will be pleased to know that the plucky underdog film has plenty of Minnesota connections, too.
It's co-written and directed by Minneapolis filmmaker Rob Perez (screenwriter of the Josh Hartnett celibacy comedy "40 Days and 40 Nights.")
Twin Cities actor Sam Rosen…

In the late '90s, a girl broke my heart and I decided the best thing to do to get over her was to steer clear of women for the period of Lent.
The plan was to keep a detailed journal and turn that into my first novel. Unfortunately, the unabridged first draft came in just shy of 13 pages. A bit shorter than any novel I had ever read.
Not having any contacts in the magazine world, I sat on it for a few years until a producer friend of…

Josh Hartnett, hanging in St. Louis Park, Minn. Joshy was getting some takeout at Yum! Kitchen and Bakery, and fellow diners tell us he was nothing but polite. Not so random that this celeb (does he still count as one?) was found in the middle of the country, 'cause J.H. grew up a few miles away in Saint Paul. Must say, we wish he was working. What was the last movie Josh was in? Remember how hot he used to be? We loved him in the Pearl Harbor days,…
