New parents Tamsin Egerton and Josh Hartnett cut cool figures as they enjoy a low-key family day out with their baby

They became parents late last year.

And Tamsin Egerton and Josh Hartnett looked every inch the perfect family unit as they enjoyed a stroll around North London before heading into a wine shop on Wednesday.

The 27-year-old St Trinians star looked laid back and glowing as she toted the couple's dog, while Josh, 37, held onto their child on a front-facing baby holder.

Despite going for a low-key look, Tamsin couldn't hide her A-list glamour as she looked sensational in a navy wool coat and chic dark denim jeans.

She added tough biker boots to the ensemble - adding an edgy feel to the otherwise low-key look.

Looping a pair of sunglasses through the breast of her top, Tamsin was sure to avoid catching any glare from the winter sun.

Her blonde locks were worn in a chic blow-dry with bouncy ends while she opted to go make-up free for her family day out - allowing her natural good looks to go through.

Josh exuded indie cool as he pulled on a woolen beanie hat with edgy designer, trendy glasses. 

He pulled on a hoodie with dark jeans and a loose fitting denim jacket while rocking the perhaps unstylish accessory of a baby holster. 

A smattering of designer facial hair completed Josh's stylish look - a laid-back but cool addition making him look every inch the slick dad.

Josh and Tamsin are thought to have met on the set of The Lovers in 2010 but reportedly didn't become an item item until 2012's Singularity, where they starred opposite each other again.

Josh has previously been linked to Hollywood actresses Scarlett Johansson, Amanda Seyfried and Mischa Barton though he has remained notoriously private about his current relationship.

Speaking to USA Today in May last year, Josh explained: 'I purposefully didn't want people to know too much about my personal life because I think a lot of people give it away for free.

'I think if you spend too much time courting people's attention into your personal life, you lose your ownership of it. That's why I make sure my life is my own. I was not a dumb kid. I was a little bit wary of this business. I saw what it could do to people pretty quickly.'
